Local Playback

Local Playback by Company is a feature that allows users to download and play videos locally on their device without the need for an internet connection.

Local Playback by Company can be used by selecting the download option on any video in our library. Once downloaded, the video will be available in the user's downloaded videos section for offline viewing.

Not all videos in our library are available for download. Only select videos are available for offline viewing depending on the content provider's permissions and availability.

Users can download up to 10 videos at once for offline viewing. However, this limit may vary depending on the specific subscription plan and device storage space.

Downloaded videos can be kept on the device for up to 30 days before they must be re-downloaded. Additionally, once a downloaded video has been started, it must be finished within 24 hours before it expires and needs to be re-downloaded.

Downloaded videos can only be played on the device they were downloaded on due to licensing restrictions. However, users can download the same video on multiple devices as long as these devices are linked to the same account.

The amount of storage space that downloaded videos are taking depends on the length and quality of the video. Users can manage the storage space by deleting videos they no longer need or by adjusting the video quality settings from within the app.

No, using Local Playback by Company is included in the subscription fee paid by the user.

If a user cancels their subscription, any downloaded videos will become unavailable for offline viewing and must be re-downloaded if the user resubscribes at a later time.

Local Playback by Company is available on most modern devices including smartphones, tablets, and some smart TVs. However, certain older devices or devices with limited storage capacity may not be compatible with this feature.
